Your booking confirmation contains the details of your journey, including pickup time, date, location, and any other travel information provided at the time of booking.
It is your responsibility to review the confirmation carefully and ensure all details are correct. The information shown will reflect the details entered when completing the booking form.
GS Executive Transfers cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided during the booking process. If any information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so the booking can be amended.
GS Executive Transfers accepts no responsibility for missed flights, connections, or appointments due to delays or circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to:
Passengers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for their journey. If you are unsure about the appropriate departure time for your journey, please contact us for advice prior to booking.
For all non-airport collections, we allow 20 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
After this period, waiting time will be charged at £20 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments, starting from the scheduled pickup time.
For airport collections, we allow 1 hour and 20 minutes (80 minutes) of complimentary waiting time after your flight has landed.
This allowance is intended to cover the time required for:

A £20 unsociable hours surcharge will apply to journeys scheduled between 11:00 PM and 4:00 AM.
For airport pickups, this surcharge will also apply to flights scheduled to land at or after 10:30 PM, as it is highly likely that passengers will meet their driver after 11:00 PM.
If a flight is scheduled to land earlier but is delayed and arrives after 10:30 PM, the unsociable hours surcharge will not be applied.
A £100 cleaning charge will be applied if a passenger vomits or soils the vehicle in any way.

Failure to pay a soilage charge may result in further action, as it is an offence to leave without paying for damage caused in a Private Hire Vehicle.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver and the vehicle at all times.
GS Executive Transfers reserves the right to terminate a journey if a passenger’s behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, or damaging to the vehicle. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.
